What if I’m not sure whether to book an Emotion Code® or Body Code® session?

That’s completely okay—and very common. I always recommend starting with an Emotion Code® session. From there, we can ask your subconscious if deeper support is needed. If the body indicates that additional layers are ready to be addressed, we can then move into a Body Code® session at a later time.

How can a session work remotely using muscle testing?

Even from a distance, muscle testing allows your subconscious to communicate what your body is ready to release. Remote sessions are guided with intention and focus, providing insight and emotional release from the comfort of your own space.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people notice meaningful shifts after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing support as deeper layers are gently uncovered and released. Because many imbalances have been carried for a long time, sessions unfold at a pace your body is comfortable with—always guided by what feels supportive and right for you.

Can I work on specific goals?

Absolutely! Many clients come in with goals related to:

  • Stress or anxiety reduction

  • Emotional release

  • Behavioral patterns

  • Relationship challenges

  • Feeling “stuck” or unbalanced

Sessions are guided by what your body is ready to release and your intentions.

Do I need to relive past experiences or talk about trauma?

No. You don’t need to revisit or verbally process painful memories for this work to be effective. Sessions are guided by your subconscious, which holds the wisdom of what is ready to be released—without requiring you to consciously relive or explain past experiences. This allows emotions to be cleared in a gentle and supportive way.

What types of trapped emotions can be released?

Trapped emotions can come from your own experiences, absorbed emotions from others, inherited family patterns, or even before birth and in the womb. Sessions focus only on what your body is ready to release, gently and effectively.

What do I need for a session?

All you need is yourself, a magnet (any magnet works!), and a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and be fully present. No prior experience with energy work is required.

How long do sessions last?

Most sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. The exact length depends on what comes up during our time together and how much attention your body and subconscious need. My goal is to make sure each session gives you the space for meaningful insight and release, without feeling rushed.

How might I feel after a session?

Everyone processes differently. Some feel lighter or relaxed, while others may notice emotions surfacing, tiredness, or a bit of restlessness. Gentle techniques which I will recommend or incorporate into the session, like tapping, help support integration, and you’re welcome to reach out with any questions.

Are sessions done in person or remotely?

All sessions are conducted remotely with the same effectiveness as in-person sessions. Energy work is not limited by physical distance.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of your session. Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo. That information will be provided to you at the time of booking. Please contact me with any questions.
